A limited number of towels and bed linens are provided at check-in. Extra towels and mid-stay linen service are not available. Guests may use the in-home washer and dryer as needed.


Lights: Please turn off the lights when you are not home
Sound: No amplified sound is permitted
Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever.
Pets: We allow, well behaved cats and dogs. Note PET FEE: A pet fee will be $200 per pet per stay. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.
Electricity usage is covered up to $250/month.
Any overage will be billed back to you.
