NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure.

Please be mindful of the electricity. We cover up to $300 per month and the excess will be billed back to you.

Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 per pet per stay ). Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.

Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.
