There is a locked supply closet for our Cleaners on the 2nd floor.
There is a locked Owner's Cabinet above the refrigerator.
Other things to note
Two regular sedans can be parked inside the garage. Larger or additional vehicles may use the parallel parking spots on Vintage Street right outside the front door -- but only on the side against the townhouses, not against the fence. There is also a dedicated guest parking lot next to the mailboxes just on the other side of the building behind ours. There is additional parallel parking available on both Bee St and Goodland St.
All trash that is taken out must go in the black bin in the garage. The city issues citations for non-recyclables in the blue bin. The black bin and any additional closed trash bags that do not fit can be placed outside the garage door after 5:00 PM Monday for pickup sometime Tuesday morning or afternoon. The blue bin may not be put out at this time. Recyclables (as well as regular trash) may be placed out Thursday evening for Friday pickup.
