From here you can quickly and easily reach the alpine village train so that the access to the winter sport region of the Zillertal Arena is possible in only a few minutes.

Through its open location the Enzianalm 117 and its attic flat "Bergstube" you get a spectacular view from the south facing balcony across Königsleiten and the surrounding mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park.

Also within walking distance from the apartment you will find restaurants and Après-Ski pubs. As a consequence the well equipped kitchen should remain unused at least one evening of your stay. As the central element of cosiness you will find a tiled stove and an open fire place in the living area. Besides the living room these elements give the live-in kitchen and the eating area their very own atmosphere. The living area is equipped with a Sonos Play 5 radio system.

After a long day of skiing, those who like to rely on the regenerative abilities of a sauna will find it in the spa area with its sensory shower and Sunshower Deluxe (infrared and UV). But if you want to enjoy a cozy evening outside under the stars, you will find the free-standing whirlpool on the large terrace - the whirlpool is located in an extra room which is only accessible via the balcony. The paneling of the room has been decorated with a large glass front, so you can enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains directly from the bathtub. On cold days, the radiant heaters create a pleasant atmosphere. On the spacious terrace is also an outdoor grill, where you can spend wonderful hours together with your family and friends.
