About this house rental

Königsleiten: Beautiful, comfortable chalet "Königsleiten 1", 1'600 m a.s.l.. 200 m from the centre of Königsleiten, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the lake, 200 m from the skiing area, in the countryside. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Almdorf Königsleiten Dorfbahn" 800 m, bathing lake 3 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, ski lift, ski school 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena. Attention: for bookings which are longer then 14 days an extra cleaning has to be paid on spot.
4-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: large living/sleeping room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV. 2 double bedrooms. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). 2 showers/WC. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. 50626-061760-2020

Schönes Haus mit ordentlicher Ausstattung und tollem Ess-/Wohnbereich. Leider nur alte, teilweise defekte Gartenmöbel. 2 Bäder mit einer Dusche und einer Badewanne, Toiletten nicht separat. Waschmaschine, Trockner und Bügeleisen vorhanden.

war alles ok. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Terasse und die Möbel draussen könnten mal erneuert und gemacht werden.

Ausstattung und Platzangebot waren gut. Lediglich die Terrassenmöbel, insbesondere die Holzmöbel, waren in keinem guten Zustand. Unterm Strich ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Dom spełnił nasze oczekiwania, wyposażenie dobre (wymiany na nowe lub renowacji wymagają zuzyte meble ogrodowe), dolna część domu, mieszcząca sypialnie, wymaga ogrzewania w deszczowe dni, otoczenie piękne, dom zlokalizowany we wiosce wakacyjnej/urlopowej, bez stałych mieszkańców, na sporej wysokości 1600 m npm.
