Königsleiten: Modern apartment block "Hajenius". In the resort, 3 km from the lake. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Almdorf Königsleiten Dorfbahn" 800 m. Walking paths from the house 700 m, skisport facilities 10 m. Nearby attractions: Königsleiter Jodelwanderweg, Mega Flying Fox, Wildwasser Tubing, Hochseilgarten. The photo is just an example.
"Hajenuis TOP OG", 4-room apartment 90 m2. Bright, tasteful and wooden furniture furnishings: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Gallery with 1 double bed. Das Haus ist schön, aber hellhörig, (Wasserleitungsgeräusche, knackender Holzfußboden), die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, hat aber mehr italienischen wie deutschen Charakter. Die Sauberkeit des Objektes hätte besser sein können, vielleicht sollte man die Putzfrau wechseln. Im Winter ist das Objekt bestimmt gemütlich, auch wegen des gemauerten ofens.

Schönes Haus, aber...
Die Wohnung an sich ist nicht schlecht, die Bilder und Beschreibung sind zutreffend. Das Haus ist aber sehr hellhörig. Bei jedem Schritt knackt der Holzfußboden. Die Fließgeräusche der Wasserleitung sind 2 Zimmer nebenan noch gut zu hören. Wer also nachts mal raus muß macht alle munter. Sauberkeit: Die künstliche Palme im WZ stand vor Staub, Backofen und GS umgab eine klebende Schicht, die Glasscheiben der Dusche dreckig, an der Schiebetür im Bad die Zahnpasta vom Vorgänger.
