The heart of the house is a large living room bathed in light, thanks to its magnificent bay windows that open onto the terrace and garden. You will find a comfortable living room, a dining area with a large table that can accommodate up to 6 people, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator, washing machine...), ideal for cooking and sharing good times.
Each space has been carefully designed to offer a warm and elegant atmosphere. The materials have been tastefully selected: a contemporary kitchen, a beautiful glazed wooden door bringing a lot of character to the entrance, artisanal zelliges, terrazzo, wood and quality finishes. The whole creates a soft, bright and relaxing atmosphere.

The house has 3 bedrooms, spread over two levels.
On the ground floor, a room equipped with a double bed of 160 × 190 cm, ideal for a couple. Right next door (without being a master suite) is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink.
Upstairs, two bedrooms complete the sleeping area:
A modular room equipped with two single beds of 80 × 190 cm, which can be pushed together to form a double bed of 160 × 190 cm.
A large room, ideal for children, furnished with two single beds of 80 × 190 cm. A baby bed can be made available on request.

For everyone’s comfort, the house has two bathing areas:
On the ground floor: a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a sink, located right next to the bedroom.
