Nice recent house (2009) on three floors, quiet, comfortable and spacious located in the Guérande peninsula (Guérande, La Baule, Croisic, Turballe, Piriac) 120 km from Nantes. The coast is wild and enamelled with small creeks or larger beaches.
The house is located more precisely at the limit between La Turballe and Piriac and you can reach pleasantly with the sea by the small path which runs along the pond of Brandu.
It is built on three floors and has a large living room with a kitchen (oven, induction hob, extractor, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher), a dining room and a living room that opens onto a terrace. wood overlooking a wooded land. A room downstairs with bathroom (shower) and toilet. two large bedrooms upstairs, one overlooking a garden at the back of the house, the other offering a view of the trees; toilet and bathroom (shower and bath) served by a large landing.

The Guérande peninsula (Guérande, La Baule, Croisic, La Turballe, Piriac) 120 kms from Nantes and just below Brittany and the Morbihan Gulf. You will find small and large beaches (La Baule is only 15 minutes by car) all along the "Wild Coast".
The house itself is situated between Piriac, a little Breton-style village with a marina and La Turballe, a fishing village still active with daily fish arrivals.
You can get to the nearest beach (about 800 meters away) Brandu pond.
