About this house rental
Spacious family home comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests for a weekend or holiday. Ideally located just 100 m from the beach and close to the town center and shops. Enjoy a private garden with outdoor furniture, not overlooked. Two private parking spaces in front of the house make parking easy, and a secure storage room with two bicycles is available.
On the ground floor, you'll find a bright, open-plan living area with a lounge (TV, WIFI, board games, game console), a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee maker), a utility room with washing machine, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a fully enclosed rear garden with outdoor furniture (table, chairs, loungers). Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms with new bedding (one queen, one double, and bunk beds), storage space, a second bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet.
The entire house is at your disposal. Sheets and towels are not provided but can be made available for an extra fee. Duvets and pillows are included.
A cleaning fee is mandatory to ensure the house is spotless before each guest's arrival. This is not included in the booking and must be paid on site. Please contact me via the booking platform for the amount, as some platforms may hide this information.
