Studio Magnolia is one of two studios at Studio Marbella: a 37 m² boutique studio for two people in the Coronado building, a former 4-star hotel in the residential area of Marbesa (East Marbella). Tastefully decorated in cream and magnolia tones, it features a 160-cm double bed, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, and Nespresso coffee maker), a washing machine, hot/cold air conditioning, a Smart TV, and fiber-optic Wi-Fi—making it perfect for remote work as well.

Its biggest draw: the south-facing terrace with no buildings in front, offering views of the Mediterranean. On clear days, you can see Gibraltar and the African coast. And if you’re lucky, you might even spot dolphins.

The beach is 550 m away (a 7-minute walk), and a 20-minute stroll along the shore takes you to the Cabopino marina and the Artola dunes. Right at the foot of the residence, you’ll find a supermarket, bakery, and shops (2 minutes away). The complex features gardens, a supervised swimming pool during the season, and a storage room with reclining beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Getting around: the “ M-220 ” bus to downtown Marbella (stop 2 minutes away, 25-minute ride) and the Cabopino and Santa María golf courses are just a stone’s throw away, right in the heart of the Costa del Golf.

Practical details: Wi-Fi, safe, final cleaning included (no separate cleaning fee—we just ask that you leave the place tidy and free of trash), no smoking, and no pets.
