Villa Catalina is a modern, elegant villa with breathtaking sea views, built in 2022. With approximately 280 m² of living space on a 700 m² plot, it comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Perfect for those seeking a relaxing holiday in a central, comfortable location near the beach and sea (approx. 475 m).
The spacious, welcoming living room is ideal for spending time with family and friends. On this floor, you’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, etc.) with an extra-large island that seats 8. This level also features the first of four suites, with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, plus a guest WC.
An impressive staircase leads to the first floor, where there are three more suites: two with double beds and one with two single beds, all with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The villa has 5 smart TVs.
The outdoor area is highlighted by the infinity pool, heated by over 10 solar panels, with an adjacent lounge area. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor kitchen with barbecue, al fresco dining under palm trees, and leisure spaces including a ping-pong table. In the basement, besides parking, there’s a games area with a pool table and foosball.
The villa is located in Vale do Olival, Armação de Pêra, close to the beach and with easy access to many restaurants and bars.
