About this villa rental
This spacious villa with a interior floor area of 170m² offers sea views already from its extensive ground floor terraces + lounge.
Property consists of its own swimming pool with a very nice garden, four bedrooms (3 double rooms and 1 twin room) all with en-suite facilities and A/C plus one extra WC with a basin, fully equipped brand new kitchen (2026) with American Fridge (with ice cubes maker) and Bosch household appliances.
The villa stand in its own secluded grounds almost 2 acres. There is a large private swimming pool, with a safe shallow end for young children. Surrounding the pool is a large paved area, ideal for sunbathing on the padded sun-beds provided. There are terraces around the pool including one with a cobbled terrace equipped with a barbecue. Also the villa is equipped with Solar and Satellite TV and Security System. In the garden there are fruit trees, oranges, lemons and almonds, also grape vines and flowering shrubs. Also a large balcony across the front of the villa offering sea views.
Located near Porches, a typical portuguese town with tradicional local potterys, a choice of four golf courses less than 15 kilometers away, and at just 3 Kms along the coast road from the villa you will find the sea side town of Armação de Pêra where the beach is smooth, the sand is clean and it stretches for miles. This town is able to cater for all your needs, with its many supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants.
Note: since 1 April 2024, there is a tourist tax applied to all new reservations. This tax will be charged per day, per guest aged 13 years and above, with a limit of 7 nights' stay.

2nd time now staying and hopefully not our last as a family making memories this Villa is the perfect location, far enough out with unrivalled privacy due to the size of land and close enough to shops and restaurants to enjoy a night out. Upgrades since we last visited in 2021 are brilliant with the new seating and tables and sheltered area on the balcony. Just gutted when our 2 weeks were up and had to leave. Thank you again and hopefully back in the future.

We had a wonderful holiday here the pool and grounds are excellent.
The kitchen is well equipped and the villa overall was nice and clean.

This is easily the best villa we have ever stayed in! We were a family group and there was something forceveryone! It was even better than the photos! Completely private. very peaceful and tranquil with pretty grounds! Within very easy reach of amenities and restaurants! The pool is huge and very well maintained! Highly tecommended!

The property was beautiful, the pool, patio area together with the gardens were exceptional. The whole family agreed it was the best holiday home we had ever stayed in and we would have no hesitation in recommending it.
