Villa Alma is a stunning luxury property located in the highly sought-after La Torse neighborhood of Aix-en-Provence. Ideally situated just a 20-minute walk from the historic city center, the villa offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility, surrounded by lush greenery and a peaceful setting. 🌿
Please note: Outside the summer season, the main house is available, but the studio is not.

On the ground floor:
🛏️ Primary Suite – A spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring both a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The suite also includes a state-of-the-art customizable lighting system, allowing you to create the perfect ambiance for any occasion.
🛏️ Second Double Bedroom – Includes a convertible sofa bed and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs:
🎲 A large game room.
🛏️ Two double bedrooms, each furnished with a 140 × 200 cm (full-size) bed, sharing a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.
🛏️ One single bedroom featuring a pull-out trundle bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
🏡 Private Guest Apartment
A separate guest apartment with its own private entrance is also available. It includes a living room, kitchenette, one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, and an additional convertible sofa bed. It provides extra privacy for guests or staff.
Please note: Outside the summer season, availability of the guest apartment must be confirmed.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire property except for the detached studio, which is available only during the summer season.

🤝 Respect for the Property and the Neighborhood
Please treat our home with care and respect our neighbors by avoiding excessive noise or any behavior that may disturb the peaceful surroundings.
🎉 No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted. We want you to feel at home while helping us preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. You are welcome to smoke outdoors; please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
🌿 Plants and Vegetable Garden
Villa Alma features numerous indoor and outdoor plants, as well as a small vegetable garden. These are regularly maintained by our housekeeping and gardening teams, and the garden is equipped with an automatic irrigation system.
That said, we would greatly appreciate it if you could occasionally keep an eye on the plants and water any that may need a little extra attention between maintenance visits. 💧

🐢 Our Hermann's Tortoises
The garden is home to twelve Hermann's tortoises living in a dedicated enclosure. If you enter the enclosure, please use the stepping stones and watch your footing carefully to avoid accidentally stepping on or injuring them.
🌿 They especially enjoy dandelions, succulents, and lettuce.
🐕 Pets
Cats and small dogs are welcome. 🐈
