About this house rental
Nice house in a quiet neighborhood of early twentieth century villas. Welcoming and tastefully furnished, in a very central position.
We are located in the center of Milan, near Piazza San Babila, Piazza Duomo and Corso Vittorio Emanuele. The area is well served by public transport, bus, tram and subway. However, the atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful. The house is spread over three floors, modern furniture, with everything you need to make your stay unique.

From a small square with limited traffic, there is access through a gate into a small private garden equipped with deckchairs and table.
The villa is spread over three floors. The front door leads to a bright central living area that is very bright and enjoyable with a small equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is a large and bright double bedroom with two windows and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs is the service area with vaulted brick ceiling typical of the time: here we find another bathroom with a bathtub and a laundry area with everything you need.
Every Thursday, one of the most popular markets in Milan takes place under the house. Momentary discomfort, but a chance to experience the 'real Milan'.
City Tax: € 9,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights
