Set out on The Wold Rangers Way, a 43‑mile circular trail weaving through rolling countryside and quiet bridleways, or follow The Minster Way, linking York (35 miles) and Beverley (26.5 miles). Along the coastline, enjoy the lively resort of Bridlington (6 miles), the charming seaside town of Filey (7 miles), and the dramatic RSPB Bempton Cliffs (11 miles), home to remarkable birdlife and sweeping sea views.
Walk through the front door and you’re immediately greeted by an impressively grand hallway, styled with a round console table, a soft reed‑diffuser scent drifting through the space, and a pastel‑pink monks bench that makes kicking off muddy boots feel almost luxurious. To the right, a well‑equipped utility room keeps everything practical tucked neatly away, complete with a washing machine, dryer and freezer, and leading through to a sleek downstairs shower room with WC.
