It houses eight bedrooms comprising of a family bedroom with a super-king-size bed and a single bedroom, three super-king-size bedrooms, two doubles, a ground-floor super-king-size bedroom and a ground-floor king-size, together sleeping up to 17 people. There is a bathroom with a bath, basin and WC, a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a ground-floor bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, two sitting rooms, a dining room with a gas fire, a snug with a woodburning stove and a ground-floor and a first-floor utility. Outside there is off-road parking for eight cars and a large garden with an enclosed lawn area, a lawn area and a patio area with hot tub and furniture. 1 Deepdale Avenue is an outstanding base for a family gathering to North Yorkshire. Note: Due to the residential location, the hot tub is unavailable after 10pm.
