Situated on the sunny side of Serre Chevalier, right next to the slopes, shops and restaurants, this exceptional property combines tradition and modernity thanks to its noble larch and stone construction.
Its spectacular proportions, personalised décor and spacious, light-filled living area promise you an unforgettable holiday in a warm and contemporary atmosphere. The property can accommodate up to 12 guests.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
– Two spacious double bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200), large fitted wardrobes and direct access to the garden
– A large dormitory, ideal for children, with two bunk beds (providing 4 single beds measuring 90x200) opening onto the terrace
– A cosy games area equipped with an authentic Bonzini table football table
– A large separate bathroom with a bath and shower
– A separate toilet
– A fully equipped utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities
On the first floor
– A welcoming entrance hall with plenty of storage space and wardrobes for your personal belongings
– A third double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), a walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite shower room and access to the balcony
– A superb, spacious cathedral-ceilinged living area comprising a cosy lounge with a television and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace
– A fully equipped, high-end open-plan kitchen, opening onto the dining area and featuring large bay windows
