About this chalet rental
This chalet, completely renovated in 2017, is located 5' from the shops and 7' from the slopes on foot. It is classified 4* by the Serre Chevalier Tourist Office.
Warm, spacious and bright, it benefits from a south-facing exposure and a breathtaking view of the Rocher Blanc, the Prorel and the slopes of Serre Chevalier - Chantemerle. It has a large landscaped garden and outdoor parking for 2 cars.
Quiet, very functional and well-appointed chalet including a beautiful living room opening onto a large terrace through two large bay windows, a perfectly equipped kitchen and 5 bedrooms with quality bedding.
On the first floor, a large ski room, a sauna, a large bedroom with 2 single beds in 90 that can be transformed into a double bed in 180 and 2 bunk beds with access to the garden, toilet and bathroom.
On the 1st floor, large living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed 160, bathroom, WC.
On the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds in 80 (or double bed) and 1 with a double bed in 140x200, 1 bathroom with toilet and mezzanine.
A large 50m² terrace is accessible from the living room and the kitchen. Deckchairs and outdoor furniture will serve you even in winter with the sun.
In summer, it has a large landscaped garden, planted with trees and flowers.

Everything was as described lovely spacious accommodation in the heart of St Chaffrey. Communication was excellent and everything was first rate. We had a great week and wouldn't hesitate to book again. Highly recommended.

This was a wonderful chalet. Perfect for our group. What an excellent week of skiing. Serre Chevalier is a great resort and both Chantermerle and the chalet are ideally located in the heart of the area. We will be going back!

We were a group of 6 skiers who were really impressed with Nathalies property. Nathalie was very helpful and attentive with all the information we needed before arrival. The property is laid out on 3 floors with fantastic views across the valley to the ski lift and slopes. The bedrooms were excellent and the beds and bedding were of a very high standard. The living area was perfect and very large, as was the fantastic kitchen. As a group we have stayed in some lovely properties over the years and this was one of the best. If we came back to Serre Chevalier we would definitely book the property again.

Chalet spacieux, très fonctionnel quand on est nombreux : nous étions 2 familles avec 6 enfants en tout et chaque famille avait son espace donc très pratique. Le chalet est très bien équipé et la grande pièce en bas pour les affaires de ski est très pratique. Il est proche des pistes mais un peu loin pour les enfants en bas âge mais la navette passe devant. La terrasse plein sud est agréable avec vue sur les pistes. Presque que du positif sauf pour la propreté on aurait bien aimé un ménage un peu plus soigné....
