Certainly this cottage is not at the foot of the slopes but like those located on the adret it is in full sun and enjoys a magnificent view. It is 2 km from the departure point of Chantemerle ski slopes and served by a free shuttle bus departing 300 m away.
It is a large traditional solid wood chalet (Red Cedar) with two perfectly symmetrical and independent apartments. The apartment object of this lease is the one located west west north (wNw), on the left in the photo.
Living area rented, about 160 m2 distributed on ground floor + 1st + 2nd floor.
