Combining conviviality, practicality and fine materials, this light-filled living space boasts a beautiful fireplace, a piano and a unique wellness area. It's the ideal address for a memorable holiday with family or friends in Serre Chevalier. The accommodation can accommodate up to 14 guests.

Ground floor
- A welcoming entrance hall with plenty of storage space and a dedicated ski room for your equipment

First floor
- A first double bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200), desk area, storage cupboards and en-suite shower room (shower and basin)
- A second double bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200) or two single beds (90x200), wardrobes and en suite shower room (shower and basin)
- A third double bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200) or two single beds (90x200), with wardrobe and vanity unit.
- A large dormitory ideal for children, with three bunk beds (6 single beds 90x190)
- A separate bathroom on the landing opposite the dormitory, with bath and washbasin

Second floor

For even greater comfort, linen is provided, wood for the fireplace is included and your beds will be made up for your arrival. What's more, your ski equipment can be left free of charge at the foot of the slopes with our local partner.

The chalet is in an exceptional location, so you can do everything on foot:
- Skiing and snowboarding: the slopes and ski lifts at Place de l'Aravet are just a 5-minute walk away (around 400 metres).
- Amenities: village shops, bakery, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes away.
- Relaxation: quick access to winter and summer hiking trails and proximity to the valley's wellness centres

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, there are five private parking spaces on the property (one in the garage and four outside).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:

- Nearest train station: Briançon station, about 15 minutes' drive away
- Resort shuttle buses: regular stops nearby for easy access to the various villages of Serre Chevalier
