About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this single-storey, air-conditioned house for rent in the town of Bretignolles-sur-Mer, situated 800 metres from the beach. It has a floor area of 75 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a 34 m² air-conditioned living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a terrace. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
All the rooms in the house are on one level.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
– A living area with a double sofa bed (140x200), a TV, a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200) and north-facing windows.
– One bedroom with two single beds (90x200) and a skylight.
– A shower room.
– A separate toilet.
Outside:
– A 30 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.
The house is ideally situated in Bretignolles-sur-Mer, on a quiet cul-de-sac. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more…
Activities: surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, swimming, boating, Vendée Miniature, Parc des Dunes, etc.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (3 vehicles) or in the private garage (1 small vehicle).
