About this house rental

Discover this spacious family home located in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, ideal for friendly family holidays or with friends. With its garden, beautiful spaces and its capacity to accommodate up to 8 people, it offers a pleasant setting close to the sea and the town centre.



Outside, the house has a tree-lined garden with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying fine weather in complete peace and quiet. A barbecue is at your disposal to share good meals outdoors in a verdant environment.



Access to the house entrance is via an external staircase leading to the main floor of the house. You arrive in a hallway serving the various living areas. On the left, the lounge welcomes you with several comfortable armchairs, a decorative fireplace and a television (no channels at the moment, pending fibre installation). Further on, the dining room has a large table that can accommodate up to 8 guests, ideal for family meals. The semi-open kitchen, welcoming and functional, is equipped with induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A bar area with high table and stools completes the set.



On the night side, the house offers 4 bedrooms spread over two levels:

- Bedroom 1 (first floor): a double bed (140x190), a chest of drawers and a telescope

- Bedroom 2 (first floor): two single beds (80x200) that can be pushed together to form a Queen Size bed (160x200), a small desk and an electric piano

- Bedroom 3 (ground floor): a double bed (140x190), a sofa (which can serve as additional sleeping accommodation for 2 people), a chest of drawers and a television (no channels at the moment)

- Bedroom 4 (ground floor): a double bed (140x190) and a chest of drawers



A bathroom with shower and toilet is located on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find a second bathroom with shower and hairdryer, as well as a separate toilet.



Two parking spaces outside are available in front of the house, within the plot. The street in front of the house is also free for parking.



For your comfort, the accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board and air conditioning in the living room for hot weather. A garage will also allow you to store up to 6 bicycles.
