Perfect for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts, the property is surrounded by far-reaching rural views that beckon you to stride out along the many walking and cycling routes. Just a mile away, the village of Wroxall offers convenience with its handy local shop and pair of welcoming pubs, and plenty of fun thanks to the popular Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary. From country to coast, the bustling resort of Ventnor (3 miles) and the sandy shores of Shanklin (4 miles) are both perfect for traditional seaside days out, boasting water sports opportunities, golden beaches, and plenty of places to shop, drink and dine.
As you approach the property, take a moment to admire its elevated position and the far-reaching views that set the scene for a delightful island stay. Head inside via the shared lobby to find your private retreat. Be greeted by the home’s social heart, the open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner. With sleek wooden flooring, whitewashed walls and plenty of natural light, this makes for a wonderful base for your adventures. The well-appointed kitchen boasts everything needed for a self-catered stay; you can enjoy each meal at the nearby dining table or alfresco-style in the outdoor seating area. Afterwards, unwind in the lounge space as you sink into the soft sofa, watch the Smart TV, and bask in the glow of the wood burner. At the end of each day away, head up to the first floor and retire to the flexible super-king-size bedroom, which can convert into a twin room on request. Serving the bedroom and completing the property is a beautiful bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and shower attachment.
Outside, a seating area with garden furniture offers the ideal spot for scenic morning coffees and al fresco evening meals. Guests will also benefit from off-road parking for two cars.
