Cosy dog friendly lodge with an outdoor bath on the Isle of Wight

Loved the lodge for how practical the internal space was, the layout of the space, and the thoughtful touches. For what looked like a small lodge we were surprised at just how much space there was inside the cabin for two adults and a dog. Plenty of room to prepare and cook food; and plenty of space inside or outside the lodge to sit and eat. All appliances and furniture in great condition, and the lodge was immaculately clean. Outdoor spaces were brilliant: plenty of room to park a vehicle and secure the garden with the double gate. Quirky feature of the outdoor bath and decking space. An upper decking space with the best view in the world of beautiful hens roaming the garden, squirrels and other birds, with a backdrop of rolling countryside hills. Really appreciated how the hosts were always able to respond to queries and also ensured we had the space we needed during our stay.

There was nothing to dislike.

Beautiful little haven with enclosed non grass area for the dog . Comfortable , clean and home from home.

The accomodation was clean spacious and well equipped. Really suitable inside.

In our eyes this is not really dog suitable as the road was a distraction and also was not aware that the chickens were in the garden. We have a bird dog and had to keep him on lead at all times outside. Could do with a bit more thought with the layout and the position of the outside bath. Inside great 👍 outside not so.
