About this apartment rental
Large bright apartment that can accommodate up to 12 people, ideally located in the heart of the pedestrian resort of La Norma, above the Sport 2000 store, just a few steps from the ski slopes.
Perfect for family or friends stays, it offers spacious rooms, a warm atmosphere, and all the necessary comfort to fully enjoy the mountains.
You will have a large living room with a lounge, dining area, and fully equipped open kitchen: oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, complete crockery, utensils, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, and filter coffee machine.
Sleeping arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x200)
• Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140x200)
• Master suite: 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed, en-suite shower room and WC
• Mezzanine bedroom: 2 single beds
• Lounge: 2 single sofa beds
Capacity: up to 12 people.
The apartment also has a second independent shower room and a separate toilet.
Ideal location: everything is within walking distance!
In winter: ski-in/ski-out, ski lifts, ski school (ESF), snow garden.
In summer: hiking departures, supervised lake, tennis, skatepark, multisport area, and many mountain activities.
Within a few minutes' walk: restaurants, shops, equipment rental, year-round toboggan run, cinema, nursery, kids' club, entertainment, and Tourist Office.
Please note: the shops, restaurants, entertainment, and activities in La Norma are open during the resort's opening periods (from 4 July to 29 August and from 19 December to 10 April 2027). Outside of these periods, La Norma Loops and its snack bar remain open all year round.
All shops and services (supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, SNCF train station...) are available all year round in Modane, located just 10 minutes away by car.
