Overall good, but they need to take better care of the cleanliness level in the rooms

Very disappointed with the cleanliness level Some policy that is not announced on booking and you only get to know about it when you actually book the stay Witch is very disappointing because it is related to cleaning so our room wasn’t completely clean before we checked in

Clean and spacious

Very clean. Spacious with good sized shower room. The large downstairs room is great if more than 2 staying.

Whilst described as ground floor apartment the main access is upstairs which was not ideal with a dog. When we were there a lot of the apartments seemed empty yet we were put next to a party of a couple of families with young children who were playing til 11 at night (we had had a long day travelling so wanted to go to bed early). Finding a parking space nearby was not as easy as we had hoped (& I expect will be worse in high season).

Comfortable stay in a new and modern accommodation

The apartment was brand new, with modern materials and a fully equipped kitchen

The second bedroom was underground at the end of a steep staircase, where it was cold, we could not use it unfortunately. This was not explained when we booked. The condo was also next to a construction site so it was not silent, but that did not depend on the owners of course.

amazing stay, we enjoyed our trip and would definitely recommend it.

split level apartment was very spacious, even bigger than the advertised photos. location is brilliant, few minutes walk to campo smith, ski schools and renting place. very clean apartment, with smart home controls Staff very helpful, facilitated discounts for ski pass, equipment rentals. They even supported with restaurant bookings on request.

The shower in the upper floor for some reason didn’t have enough hot water in the shower (it ran out within couple minutes), but to be fair we managed around using the other shower and we informed the facility only on departure. Hopefully they’d get it sorted. The temperature is maxed to 23 degrees, which keeps the house very warm, but wouldn’t be manageable to dry things near a heater if needed even using the towel rack. A separated heating rack would solve that issue easily. The above mentioned things didn’t hugely impact our trip, but just mentioned them to give an honest picture and as it would help improving an already very good place.

Great stay, room for perfecting

Very new apartments, nice modern interior. Location was good for getting to the slopes and the town centre. Daisy was very helpful when we had an issue and to help with ski passes and rentals. If you're looking to ski in Bardonecchia, this is a great place to stay at. Especially when the hot water issue is solved.

We had a constant issue with the hot water. It was either a few mins or none at all some days. To a point where they let us use another apartment to shower. Because of this inconvenience they gave us a discount for the week which was very kind and appreciated. The apartment is missing small things which they probably add in time. Its only just opened so simply room for improvement. If they had a month extra before opening, it would've probably be more complete.

Appartamento nuovissimo, spazioso e funzionale con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione centrale in paese, vicina a pochi passi dai servizi principali e dal corso.

L'appartamento appena entrati si presentava in ordine adatto per 8 persone. Non una perfetta pulizia dei pavimenti. Camere spaziose e letti comodi. Consiglio di sistemare il letto a castello in legno al piano di sotto perchè non molto stabile. Manca un'ascigatrice ma è presente la lavatrice. A 50mt dalla struttura una lavanderia selfservice. L'alloggio è domotizzato gestibile dal tablet presente all'ingresso. Nel complesso un' ottima esperienza. Con qualche gadget in più in cucina avrei dato 9 su 10!

Excelente, nós recomendamos a Case Verdi. Nota 10!

A localização é excelente, pertinho da estação de trem, da parte central da cidade e de onde pega o ônibus para ir para as estações de ski. A entrada foi muito fácil, com códigos de acesso à entrada e ao apartamento. As malas podem ser armazenadas antes ou após a entrada/saída caso chegue mais cedo ou saia mais tarde. O apartamento é grande e novo. A parte de cima tem a cozinha, bem equipada, sala (sofá e televisão) e um banheiro grande com uma maquina de lavar roupa agregado. Também tem um quarto com duas camas de solteiros (pode juntar e formar uma cama de casal) e um ótimo armário. Desce uma escada e a parte de baixo é toda aberta, não tem porta. Tinha duas camas de solteiro, um sofá cama, um armário e uma mesa bem grande. A temperatura é excelente e o aquecimento funciona super bem. A vista é bonita para as montanhas. As anfitriãs foram super simpáticas e atenciosas. Tem uma moça na recepção em determinados horários, caso precise de algo.

Eles pedem para lavar, secar e guardar toda a louça utilizada. Então algumas louças estavam sujas e mal lavadas, talvez devido aos últimos anfitriões que guardaram sem conferir após retirarem da máquina de lavar louças.

Grande e nuovo ma alcune condizioni poco simpatiche

Le dimensioni dell'appartamento e il fatto che fosse tutto moderno e nuovo. Apprezziamo il fatto che accettino cani.

Ti chiedono di lavare piatti e posate e di riporli al loro posto. In caso contrario, applicano una penale di 25 euro. Questo non mi rassicura affatto sul livello di igiene delle stoviglie al mio arrivo, considerando che spesso chi parte lava i piatti di fretta e controvoglia. Chiedono inoltre di portare via l’immondizia e di smaltirla autonomamente. Il check-out alle 10:00, ormai diventato la norma, completa il quadro. Ogni volta le strutture offrono meno servizi e più disagi, mentre i prezzi non diminuiscono, anzi talvolta aumentano. Boh.

Appartamento molto carino e curato. Posizione molto comoda di fianco alla via centrale.

Appartamento un po’ freddo, temperatura bloccata non gestibile dall’utente. Ho provato a chiedere di alzarla ma senza successo. Essendo l’appartamento grande si disperde tanto il calore, i caloriferi erano solo leggermente tiepidi. andrebbe lasciata la possibilità al cliente di alzarla almeno di qualche grado

Non c’è la colazione . Casa in posizione centrale ma non viene spiegato correttamente com’è disposto l’appartamento dove per raggiungerlo c’è una scala infinita e un’altra ancora per raggiungere le camere da letto. Caldo da non poter dormire .

La risposta dello staff . “ mi dispiace” e basta senza provvedere a nulla. Ceck out ore 10:30 la ragazza dello staff alle 10:25 apriva l’appartamento senza avvisare mentre finivo di caricare la macchina.
