This colorful 3-bedroom, 1-bath beachfront cottage is a throwback to the

carefree beach vacations of the 1970s—when days were spent collecting shells,

riding waves, and staying outside until the stars came out. We've sprinkled in

retro charm, sunny colors, and plenty of nostalgia while keeping all the

comforts you need for a relaxing stay.



Wake up to the sound of the waves, pour yourself a cup of coffee, and watch

the sun rise over the Delaware Bay. Spend your days with sandy toes, salty

hair, and nowhere important to be.



If you're looking for boardwalk crowds and amusement rides, keep cruising.

Broadkill Beach is all about quiet mornings, long walks on the sand, dolphin

sightings, fishing, kayaking, sea glass hunting, and breathtaking sunsets.

It's the kind of place where neighbors wave, kids chase crabs along the

shoreline, and time seems to slow down.

Linens and towels can be rented on your behalf and delivered prior to your

arrival. To keep everything fresh and groovy for every guest, The Plum Pad

does not stock or provide its own linens or towels.

Welcome to nature's neighborhood.Being located right on the beach and next to

a nature preserve means you'll be sharing your vacation with some local

characters. Expect sea breezes, singing birds, wandering butterflies, busy

bees, curious lizards, and the occasional bug who forgot they weren't invited

inside.

A Little Note About The Plum Pad



The Plum Pad isn't a brand-new beach house—and that's exactly what makes it

special. It's a classic beach cottage full of vintage charm, character, and

1970s nostalgia. While we've thoughtfully updated it for comfort, you'll still

find the quirks and personality that only an older coastal home can offer.



If you're looking for a sparkling new build with brand-new everything, The

Plum Pad may not be the right fit. But if you love authentic beach cottages,

retro vibes, cozy spaces, and a place with a story to tell, we think you'll

feel right at home.



She's a little groovy, a little quirky, and full of beach-town soul. We

wouldn't have her any other way.



ITEMS TO BRING: Bath & beach towels, Bed linens, soaps, toiletries and paper

products (TP, paper towels). Beach chairs and umbrellas are also recommended.

You may find other items left behind from past guests.



LINEN RENTALS: Bed & Bath Linen / towel rentals are available.
