About this house rental
Recently remodeled home in Broadkill Beach.
Multiple living areas, large open kitchen with a wonderful dining area and outdoor decks galore! This home even has a backyard with seating for evening relaxation.
There are seven bedrooms on multiple levels throughout the house for a total sleeping of 10.
Dog Friendly with non-refundable fee and signed addendum (1 dog allowed unless previous approval from owner) Ask your agent for details
All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

Location was perfect and the house was well stocked with pots, pans, and necessities. The beds were comfortable and the layout was spacious so everyone could spread out and find quiet. The fire pit was safe and surrounded by sand and there was even firewood! We had a great stay!

We used the house for a cousins reunion and it was perfect. Due to the size of the house, we all had enough space when we were together, and enough private space when we weren't. It was perfect for our reunion.

The staircase inside the home going up has a step that is longer than regulation step length. I tripped up it and fractured my foot. I would recommend it be fixed! However, we were over capacity and were allowed to stay. So that made up for the broken foot!
