The accommodation
Ideally located and really central, our modern house will allow you to radiate very easily throughout the peninsula. The greenway passes right in front of the house and leads you directly to Camaret and Le Fret: it is the ideal asset to leave the car aside and easily visit all the surrounding peaks. Designed for snow sports enthusiasts, hikers on the GR34 or families looking for a rest, it is the perfect base camp to enjoy your iodine interlude.

Outside
You can enjoy a private and fully enclosed garden of about 90 m², ideally equipped for relaxation. After your walks, relax on the two deckchairs at your disposal or meet around the picnic table and the barbecue. An area is also dedicated to the little ones with a hut and a toy box. In particular, you will have an outdoor rinse hose, which is extremely practical for desalinating your wetsuits, washing your surfboards or rinsing your bikes.PGJyPg
The living space
Inside, the house has a large fully fitted kitchen with its convivial dining table. The warm living room is equipped with a television, a library, as well as board games for young and old alike during your moments of rest.PGJyPg
The sleeping area
Perfectly configured for 5 people, it consists of a comfortable master suite equipped with a large Queen Size bed in 160 and a television. The second bedroom is ideal for children or friends thanks to its pyramidal bunk bed, which offers a real double bed in 140 at the bottom and a single bed in 90 at the top. An office area with dressing room is also at your disposal in the corridor.

Sanitary facilities and practicality
For everyone's comfort, the house has two separate toilets and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Finally, the garage-laundry room is the ideal logistical asset to store your equipment safely after your explorations.
