Comfortable apartment with amazing sea view. Beach a stones throw away perfect for rock pools and safe for children. Supermarket and baker within walking/ running distance. Great restaurants and plenty of aquatic sports. Pool and table tennis great. Could not ask for more!

Die Wohnung war genau wie in der Beschreibung und die Gegend bot für alle etwas. Wandern, Fahrrad fahren, relaxen am Strand bei Ebbe (bei Flut musste man den Strand etwas weiter hoch laufen). Für Wassersportler gab es viele Angebote. Da auch das Wetter mitspielte waren wir rundum zufrieden. Der Pool war ok. Es fehlten nur Sonnenschirme. Liegen waren neu und ausreichend vorhanden.

Der Check in war super unkompliziert, Eric war sehr nett. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit zwei Bädern und 2 Schlafzimmer. Schlafzimmer waren sehr eng und klein. Also mit Kindern nicht zu empfehlen. In der Anlage im Treppenhaus lagen überall Blätterhaufen die auch in der ganzen Zeit nicht entfernt wurden. Die Dusche am Pool war defekt. Der Zugang von der Anlage in den Atlantik war direkt und bei Ebbe gut zu erreichen. Tolle Boulangerie, Supermarkt und Restaurant fussläufig auch über den Strand erreichbar

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Wir haben den Blick vom grossen Balkon sehr genossen,brauchte man nicht essen gehen(war abends auch noch nicht soviel auf ) Die Ausstattung war gut.

Wir haben Ende Mai bis Anfang Juni erholsame Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Der Pool war , da unbeheizt , natürlich noch nicht wirklich verlockend. Dafür die Halbinsel Crozon umso reizvoller; ohne Auto ist das Objekt allerdings nicht zu empfehlen. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut.

Das Appartement ist zwar recht klein (vor allem das Kinderzimmer) aber durchaus ausreichend. Der Ausblick vom Balkon über die Bucht von Morgat ist traumhaft schön. Auch am Pool kann man sehr gut entspannen und die Aussicht über das Meer genießen :-)

Prestation tout à fait correcte, résidence bien située, commerces à 1km à pied, bon accueil par le gérant immobilier, appartement bien équipé, très belle vue du balcon sur la mer et Morgat. Seul bémol: préciser dans l’annonce 2 chambres (car les photos montrent 3 chambres); par temps pluvieux et avec le confinement, l’écran TV est d’un format très petit (46 cm) compte tenu de la taille de la pièce de vie salon-salle à manger, cela aurait été appréciable d’en profiter plus facilement en soirée après de bonnes marches. A conseiller.

court séjour de 4 jours en octobre : appartement très bien agencé et équipé, calme, très propre avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan. nous l'avons trouvé idéal et agréable pour notre famille de 4 personnes. Nous sommes contents de notre séjour cependant une remarque : nous avons trouvé le matelas du lit parental extrêmement dur nous avons eu le sentiment de dormir directement sur une table. C'est le seul bémol en ce qui nous concerne

Das Appartement liegt im 2. Stock mit einem großzügigen und sehr sonnigen Balkon und bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf den Strand,den Hafen,Morgat und die Bucht von Douarnenez. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Herrn Le Briz empfangen und persönlich betreut. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Erwachsene,ggf. mit 2 Kindern,geeignet (kleine Schlafzimmer) und gut ausgestattet.Die Ferienanlage ist ruhig und gepflegt. Für Menschen mit Behinderungen ist zu beachten,dass kein Fahrstuhl zur Verfügung steht Zusammenfassend bietet das Apparement eine herrliche Sicht in ruhiger und sehr guter Lage,unbedingt zu empfehlen.
