This spacious three-bedroom condo sleeps up to 8 and combines comfortable indoor living, private outdoor spaces and access to Punta Mita’s beach clubs, golf and other resort facilities.

Enjoy the shared pools, dine outdoors, or unwind in the hammock on the separate balcony off the primary bedroom. A well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living area make it easy to settle in between beach days and rounds of golf.

• Second bedroom: two queen beds
• Third bedroom: sofa bed and bunk bed
• 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests

BEACH CLUBS, GOLF AND FITNESS
Premier Golf membership provides access to eligible Punta Mita beach clubs, the Pacifico and Bahia golf courses, tennis facilities and the community gym near the HOA and tennis courts. Beach clubs include Pacifico, Kupuri, El Surf Club and Sufi Ocean Club. St. Regis Sea Breeze access is subject to separate availability and charges.
Membership provides access rather than complimentary golf, meals or activities. Reservations, operating rules, venue-specific fees and any minimum consumption requirements apply.
CLUB PUNTA MITA ACCESS FEE
This fee is additional to accommodation and charged per person, per stay of up to 30 days:
• Ages 13+: USD $66.70 total
• Ages 5–12: USD $40.02 total
• Children under 5: no charge
Totals include VAT and the service charge. Payment is required before arrival for access cards to be issued.
