About this apartment rental
When renting Penthouse Terrazas, you will have access to the Premier Membership with access to all beach clubs in Punta Mita.
KUPURI, SUFI, PACIFICO, SURF y al beach club del hotel St. Regis.
The rooms are spacious. On the first floor includes a living room, dining room, television, and full bathroom. It has a beautiful terrace with a grill, dining area, living room, sun loungers, and umbrella.
The living room has a television and a fully equipped kitchen.

Residencia Terrazas is located in one of Mexico's most exclusive gated communities: Punta Mita Golf Club.
If you wish to access the beach clubs Kupuri, Sufi, Pacífico, and Surf, Punta Mita has recently updated its policies. They now charge $50 USD per person for the entire stay. Payment for beach club access must be made no later than one week prior to arrival in order to process memberships.
You will also have access to the St. Regis hotel's Sea Breeze beach club, both golf courses, and all the facilities of the Punta Mita club (tennis, paddle tennis, gym, etc.). Each place has its own consumption policies independent of property rental.
Cleaning is included Monday through Saturday (Sunday cleaning is optional and available for an additional fee).
Includes one golf cart for six people.
We offer concierge service to assist you with any additional services you may require (transportation, chef, shopping, etc.).

Luisa, our host was wonderful We were greeted with useful information and margaritas and guacamole. Our questions were answered promptly. Mayra did a a great job with the daily cleaning. The unit was the perfect location for walking to town and Pacifico beach club. Having 2 golf carts for our family of 10 was great. This is the place for a quiet relaxing vacation in the sun.

We had such a great time! Everything was as advertised (maybe even a little more so). Sam, our concierge, was very helpful! Definitely would recommend, and im even thinking about doing a family vacation here!
