About this apartment rental

Casa Claudia A fantastic unit at Hacienda de Mita, located inside the gates of the Punta Mita Resort . This unit has wonderful beach views as well as views of the town and the mountains. The unit is a short walking distance (through a private secured gate) to the charming village of Punta de Mita, which is known for its excellent restaurants, local shopping and nightlife. The condo went through an extensive top to bottom remodel and upgrade and was fully completed at the end of November 2016 with an additional kitchen remodel in September 2018.

Casa Claudia is approximately 3,600 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The main master bedroom and the second master bedroom each have a custom-made California-King size beds with Tempur-pedic pillow tops, bedroom #3 has two queen size beds, and bedroom #4 has twin bunk beds made specifically for smaller children under 12 . Other features and amenities offered with this condo include the following:

* All new furniture and linens

* Gourmet kitchen with new granite counter tops, top-of-the-line Wolf and Sub-Zero stainless steel appliances

* All new small kitchen appliances, dishes, flatware, utensils, glassware and linens

Everything was perfect! The host was responsive, place was beautiful and clean. Maricella was excellent. She cooked us the most delicious food! We loved her! Juan Carlos the concierge took care of all of our needs! We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful and very well kept condo in a superb location. We spent a really nice family vacation here and will surely consider it again for future stays. A big plus is Marisela, she was really friendly and her cooking was delicious. Concierge services are also top level, always friendly and responsive to all our needs/requests.

I did not want to write an negative review. However, this is primarily for the current situation of the concierge staff who is operating at Hacienda De Mita. JJ, the concierge sent multiple emails to me - but to an incorrect email address, so I was scrambling to finish the paperwork. When we arrived we were told we would have daily maid service from 9 to 5 as well as breakfast. We were supposed to have one housekeeper/cook named Alicia. The first three days no one arrived and had i not sent texts at 10:00/10:30 no one would have. There appeared to be no communication between the concierge and the housekeeper, who was either sick or whose son was hospitalized (they told us both stories). We then had a revolving door of housekeepers until Alicia returned on the last two days. There was not enough food for the meals we ordered. Typically they charge $40-$60 to go shopping, so that was a bit confusing. Finally, upon my return, I immediately texted JJ and let him know I had left two dresses in the master closet. I knew they were left there because my mother had reminded me to pack them five minutes before we left the house. They mysteriously disappeared. This bothered me because when I inquired with JJ about going into the unit to retrieve my items he made an excuse that there were new tenants there. However each unit comes with daily maid service from 9 to 5. So that excuse was not valid as Alicia should have been in there cleaning. The electricity in the third bedroom did not work until we were able to finally get an electrician to come. My mother and sister had to use the light from the bathroom to have any light in their room. The safe was broken and the water in the second master did not work to fill up the tub. We stayed at HDM previously and loved the service, but this time was substandard and it’s clear that a lot was misrepresented to us.
