The residence features a primary master suite with a king bed and private bathroom, along with a second full suite offering two queen beds and its own private bathroom with shower—perfect for families or groups traveling together.
The third bedroom is very small and best suited for children, featuring bunk beds and no air conditioning inside the room.
The condo offers three full bathrooms, each equipped with hair dryers for your convenience.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Las Terrazas in Punta Mita. The condo was the perfect size for our group of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. MariaCarmen, the house mom, made us delicious Mexican breakfast every day and kept our unit spotless. The owner and concierge team were responsive and knowledgable. Fernanda, our concierge, was very helpful with recommendations and available at all times to adjust restaurant recommendations etc...The unit comes with a 4 person golf cart but it was easy to rent an additional cart to accommodate our group. We only used two of the bedrooms (the master and the second with 2 queen beds) but it was nice to use the 3rd bedroom's bathroom. The third bedroom is very small with a bunk bed so best for smaller children and also doesn't have A/C but does have a fan. Punta Mita is an amazing place to visit with so much to do. The unit is centrally located with access to all beach clubs, the tennis center, and the town. We highly recommend renting this unit!
