- Pet friendly w/ $100 fee (+ fees & taxes, dogs only, 2 max)
- Dogs must remain on a leash whenever they are outside, in accordance with local leash laws
- Pets may not be left unattended in the home unless they are safely secured in a crate. Guests are responsible for providing their own crate during their stay
- To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all guests and neighbors, pets displaying aggressive behavior, excessive barking, repeated disturbances, destructive behavior, or any behavior that creates a safety concern may be required to leave the property. Pet owners are responsible for maintaining control of their pets at all times
- Due to the roofline, there are a few low ceiling areas in the upstairs hallway. Taller guests may want to take extra care
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
