Tucked away in the heart of Murrells Inlet, this retreat is located just a short walk from the Marshwalk restaurants and shops. It offers the ideal balance of tranquility and entertainment. Enjoy the dedicated game room, featuring a commercial pool table and a 4K input for your video game console. Step back in time at the old school 80s arcade console with sixty games, play the provided board games and puzzles. Relax in the charming backyard reading area next to the peaceful water fountain
The Space:
Please note: quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!
Parking: Two private driveways with secure parking for trailers, boats, and motorcycles. No street parking allowed.
Entry: Self check-in with keypad. **Please note there are exterior security cameras present**
Kitchen: Large side-by-side fridge with dual ice maker, flat top electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances, pots, pans, and dishes.
Dining Room: Table for six plus folding table, beverage bar with Keurig and traditional coffee makers and accessories for mixed drinks.
Living Area: 4K streaming TV with sound bar and subwoofer, vaulted ceilings, and spacious seating including sleeper queen sofa.
Bedroom 1 - King bed, 70-inch 4K streaming TV, desk, and master bath with walk in shower.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, 70-inch 4K streaming TV, and desk.
Bedroom 3 - Sleeper queen sofa, 70-inch 4K streaming TV, arcade console, and desk.
Game Room - Sleeper queen sofa, pool table, and 75-inch 4K streaming TV with 4K HDMI input.
Washer & Dryer - Modern high efficiency machines.
Televisions: Roku streaming TVs with auto logout upon checkout.
Marsh: Walk to marsh or drive to nearby beach access.
Provided: 2 adult bicycles, beach towels, a beach umbrella, beach cart, beach chairs, and beach toys. Extra thick folding sleeping pads.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire house, driveways, and backyard for themselves, except private locked owners buildings.
The Neighborhood:
This home is in Murrells Inlet; it is approximately 12–15 miles (about a 20–25 minute drive) from Myrtle Beach International Airport, depending on traffic.
Getting Around:
Guests will have private parking and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that the area has to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: nearby grounds, sidewalks, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
