From floors to ceiling, this 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condo is completely remodeled! Incredible kitchen with all new appliances - including air fryer equipped stove, dedicated filtered drinking water dispenser, and your own private Coffee Bar with sink!
Being on the top (2nd) floor and an end unit, this three-bedroom, three-bath condo has vaulted ceilings in the living room area, tons of windows for natural light, and no units above you!!
Everything in this unit has been redone to a high standard, and we are finally ready to let others enjoy our dream condo! We are looking for renters who expect the best, and will treat our place like their own. We know the joy of traveling with our furry friends, so we will allow well behaved dogs.
Located in the heart of Pawleys Island, this condo will provide you with a comfortable place to stay while you explore all that the area has to offer. The Hammock Coast of South Carolina offers wonderful dining, award winning golf courses, and unique shopping experiences. True Blue is located just 10 minutes to the beach and offers golf, tennis, dining, pools and hot tubs. Golf magazine ranked True Blue as one of the top 100 courses to play. It has also been ranked among the top 25 in the South by Golf Digest. Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens are about a 15 minute drive. Charleston is an easy day trip only 75 minutes away while Myrtle beach is only a 40-minute drive.
The condo complex is very quiet with easy parking. We have tried to equip the condo with everything to make your vacation as worry-free and relaxing as possible.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. NOTE: Unless you put "Yes" to dogs on your search criteria, the pet fee won't automatically show on the reservation.
NO SMOKING: No smoking anywhere in the unit or on the back deck or front landing. Strictly enforced.

We loved our stay. They truly thought of everything. The space was perfect for what we needed. Everything was in perfect condition and Katie was available and accommodating whenever we needed something! The little details that were thought of made the stay extra special. Would absolutely recommend this spot!

The unit was spacious and well-appointed and included everything you could think of for a quick or long term stay. The owners really put a lot of thought into making the unit comfortable and welcoming, to include modern beach decor. The beds were comfortable and it’s on the top floor end unit and we never heard any outside noise when in the unit. It’s right next to True Blue Golf Club and one of the community pools. The neighborhood is safe and monitored by security patrols on golf carts. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the unit and had positive interactions with the owners. We would definitely rent again, thank you for hosting!!!!
