From floors to ceiling, this 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condo is completely remodeled! Incredible kitchen with all new appliances - including air fryer equipped stove, dedicated filtered drinking water dispenser, and your own private Coffee Bar with sink!
Being on the top (2nd) floor and an end unit, this three-bedroom, three-bath condo has vaulted ceilings in the living room area, tons of windows for natural light, and no units above you!!
Everything in this unit has been redone to a high standard, and we are finally ready to let others enjoy our dream condo! We are looking for renters who expect the best, and will treat our place like their own. We know the joy of traveling with our furry friends, so we will allow well behaved dogs.
Located in the heart of Pawleys Island, this condo will provide you with a comfortable place to stay while you explore all that the area has to offer. The Hammock Coast of South Carolina offers wonderful dining, award winning golf courses, and unique shopping experiences. True Blue is located just 10 minutes to the beach and offers golf, tennis, dining, pools and hot tubs. Golf magazine ranked True Blue as one of the top 100 courses to play. It has also been ranked among the top 25 in the South by Golf Digest. Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens are about a 15 minute drive. Charleston is an easy day trip only 75 minutes away while Myrtle beach is only a 40-minute drive.
The condo complex is very quiet with easy parking. We have tried to equip the condo with everything to make your vacation as worry-free and relaxing as possible.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. NOTE: Unless you put "Yes" to dogs on your search criteria, the pet fee won't automatically show on the reservation.
NO SMOKING: No smoking anywhere in the unit or on the back deck or front landing. Strictly enforced.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. I am very sure we will stay again. The host is wonderful and very kind. The condo is super clean and has everything you will need.

On Point was on point! We have five older kids and there was plenty of space! Some things we loved - 3 full baths was helpful after beach days, the kitchen was well stocked and even had quality non-stick frying pans, the screened in back porch was delightful, the AC was cold, the beach was less than 7 minutes away. The condo was pet friendly with extra touches that made our dog feel right at home as well. Kind, responsive hosts! We've stayed in a lot of vrbos and this one is near the top of the list.

Beautiful condo, well equipped, very clean. Loved the couch covers to use with my furbaby! Even had a toy, treat and watering bowl for him! Very thoughtful and all new appliances. Just Beautiful. Katie was extremely helpful and responsive! Definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay here and would recommend to ALL in Pawleys Island area. Condo was decorated nicely and SUPER CLEAN. Host was great for checking in and out. Thanks so much!
