The Space:
Welcome to a comfortable Florida getaway in the heart of Bradenton! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Bradenton home is perfect for families, beach travelers, sports families, snowbirds, and extended stays. Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in Bradenton, this peaceful vacation home offers the best of both worlds: a relaxing place to unwind away from the busiest beach areas, while still being conveniently close to Anna Maria Island, Gulf Coast beaches, restaurants, shopping, sporting venues, and popular Bradenton-area attractions.
This home offers a breezy open floor plan, with the front door opening to the living room, kitchen, and formal dining room. In the fully-equipped kitchen, you'll find stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and even a convenient bar window overlooking the pool and screened lanai!
The home comfortably accommodates families and groups with a convenient split-bedroom floor plan. Off the kitchen and dining area, you'll find two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first guest bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and charming boho coastal decor. The second guest bedroom is designed with families in mind and includes four twin beds, making it an ideal space for kids, siblings, or a group of young travelers.
Located just off the living room for added privacy, the primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious custom closet with plenty of storage, and a sliding glass door providing direct access to the pool area. The primary bathroom includes dual sinks and a comfortable walk-in shower. Please note that this home does not have a bathtub.
Step outside and discover your own private Bradenton pool retreat. The screened-in lanai and pool deck create a comfortable outdoor space where you can swim, dine, relax, and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Listen to the soothing sound of the pool waterfall while lounging poolside or enjoying a meal outdoors. The backyard also features a small garden area and privacy fencing, creating a peaceful setting for your Florida vacation.

Guests have access to the entire home and backyard. Please note that the garage is not for guest use.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended to reach shopping, dining, and other attractions. The driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 4 vehicles. A ferry is available from Bradenton Riverwalk Pier (a 15-minute drive) and the Historic Bridge Street Pier on Anna Maria Island.
Other Things to Note:
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Optional pool heat to 85°F is available for $32 per day plus tax (48-hour notice required). Pool heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65°F.
Driveway parking is available for two vehicles.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. as per local ordinance.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Do not leave children unattended by the pool.

You will have the home completely to yourself, but our management team is available 24/7 in case of emergency.
