Beautiful White House close to Anna Maria Island with Private Heated Pool

Beautiful, clean home. Host was very nice. Good location for going to beach and shopping. Only two negatives. House apparently is right under airport fly zone. Loud planes were coming over at night waking us up because we were not used to it. Also, when I booked said heated pool in heading, no mention of fees-but it was 20 a night, disappointing since it was really only warm two nights of our stay. Host said he was turning on, but never was “warm”, so I’m not sure if there was a problem with timer kicking heater on. Host was texting my husband trying to get it warm though.

Our stay here was excellent - the host was very responsive to the few communications we had back and forth over the stay. Check in and out was easy and straightforward. The house was very nice, decor was very much on theme. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Location is also great - short drives to multiple excellent beaches (AMI, Siesta Key amongst others), Sarasota proper, and other activities. Would recommend as a solid value stay for a trip to FL!

The house was clean, spacious and on a cul de sac which was wonderful. We enjoyed the solar heated pool, but it was a little cold at times. There is an option to pay extra for heat but we didn't think it would be needed. The location is convenient and very close to Anna Maria Island. *The 4th bedroom should be clarified that it's actually a day bed with a trundle bed and has a window AC unit. Definitely a small kid's room, our 2 teenagers shared the room but our 14 year old slept on the sofa quite a bit as she wasn't a fan of the trundle bed. There's lots of space in the main areas though, a table for 8, a large living room, and a big tv. The kitchen is well stocked and has almost everything you need.* I would recommend a railing for entering the pool and maybe some in-pool lights so it's more visible at night when the overhead lights are off as the pool is close to the sliding glass doors. *The master bedroom has another set of sliding glass doors that open into the dining room (left there from a past remodeling?) in addition to a normal door, so anyone in the dining room can see right through the thin curtains if the bedroom lights are on. Any lights from the tv, kitchen , and dining room also shine brightly into the master bedroom through the sliding doors. Some room darkening curtains or shades would be nice. These are minor things however and I would definitely stay here again!
