The open kitchen and dining area provide plenty of family space to cook and eat together. Enjoy relaxing in a screened-in pool or grilling in the privacy of a furnished and fully enclosed lawn.

Kids or even adults interested in attending a sports camp? We are located 7 minutes from the world renowned IMG Sports Academy.
Enjoy a convenient 5 minute drive to shopping malls, restaurants, museums, lakes, beaches, and nature preserves.
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, ensuite bath with both a walk in shower and cozy soaking tub. Custom closets provide enough room for all your belongings.
Bedroom 2 and 3 each include a Queen-size bed and custom closets. Bedroom 4 is perfect for the kids, furnished with a playful bunk bed.
The thoughtfully appointed kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, blender, toaster oven, crockpot, coffee maker, coffee grinder, panini press, etc to serve all your cooking needs.
The open dining area seats 8 around an elegant dark wood table lit by a stunning chandelier. A small bar includes glasses and a few bartending tools to wind down your evening and accompany your meal.
We have provided each guest with a set of bath towels, pool/beach towels, additional set of bed linens, starter supply of dish washing detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

How do I write a review that was amazing on so may fronts???? The house was spectacular! It was well laid out and comfortable for all of us. This house had everything you could need and more. My handicapped mother stayed in the master bedroom and it was perfect for her. The pool was beautiful. We enjoyed every minute of it. The location was amazing! We’ve never had so much at our fingertips. In 10 minutes we were on Anna Maria Island. Finally, the owner. Joelle, when our home was hit with the biggest blizzard the northeast has seen in 11 years, you were so accommodating. You made a very uncertain time so much easier. Thank you for everything!!!!!

The house and pool area were very clean and the kitchen well sticked with pots/pans and utensils. There were plenty of towels along with pool towels.
