Our newly remodeled house has close to 1900 SF of beautifully decorated area for you to enjoy. Perfect cul de sac location close to stores and restaurants. We have put so much creativity, hard work, and heart into this home and we hope the new guests or returning guests will love it as much we have. We are conveniently located close to Anna Maria Island, great dining and shopping.

The house was clean, spacious and on a cul de sac which was wonderful. We enjoyed the solar heated pool, but it was a little cold at times. There is an option to pay extra for heat but we didn't think it would be needed. The location is convenient and very close to Anna Maria Island. *The 4th bedroom should be clarified that it's actually a day bed with a trundle bed and has a window AC unit. Definitely a small kid's room, our 2 teenagers shared the room but our 14 year old slept on the sofa quite a bit as she wasn't a fan of the trundle bed. There's lots of space in the main areas though, a table for 8, a large living room, and a big tv. The kitchen is well stocked and has almost everything you need.* I would recommend a railing for entering the pool and maybe some in-pool lights so it's more visible at night when the overhead lights are off as the pool is close to the sliding glass doors. *The master bedroom has another set of sliding glass doors that open into the dining room (left there from a past remodeling?) in addition to a normal door, so anyone in the dining room can see right through the thin curtains if the bedroom lights are on. Any lights from the tv, kitchen , and dining room also shine brightly into the master bedroom through the sliding doors. Some room darkening curtains or shades would be nice. These are minor things however and I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, Easy check in & out, Owner replied quickly to concerns. The house could use some more a/c window units or a bigger a/c. It was very hot inside most of our stay. But overall it was nice.
