The holiday apartment is located in the Seepark Sellin complex on the first floor of a well-maintained holiday building. The Baltic Sea with its fine sandy beach and the idyllic Sellin Lake are both just 900 meters away. A bakery and shops are within easy walking distance. The apartment includes free Wi-Fi and a starter set of bed linens. The combined living and sleeping area features blackout curtains and a convenient double wall bed. The apartment also features a bathroom with shower, toilet, and hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. A television provides additional entertainment.

After an eventful day, the southeast-facing balcony invites you to soak up the sun and relax. This is a non-smoking apartment, but pets are welcome. Guests also have access to a bicycle storage room and a children's playground within the holiday complex.

A security deposit of €100 is required for your stay and will be refunded within five business days of departure, provided the apartment is left in good order.
