This cozy vacation apartment is located in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, in the Mönchgut building, and offers ample space for up to two people in a compact 20 m². This makes it ideal for a relaxing vacation on the beautiful island of Rügen. The apartment is situated on the first floor of the Seepark Sellin holiday complex, just 900 meters from the Baltic Sea, the fine sandy beach, and Lake Sellin – perfect conditions for relaxation and enjoyment.

A special highlight is the daily free use of the swimming pool at the AHOI Water Park & Adventure World for up to three hours (except from June 29th to September 14th, 2026). Additionally, starting Easter 2026, you can enjoy a modern fitness area, which you can use free of charge during your stay – ideal for staying active even on vacation.

The vacation apartment boasts thoughtful furnishings: The combined living and sleeping area features a comfortable sofa bed and blackout curtains. A functional kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster provides everything you need for self-catering. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. Wi-Fi and a television provide added comfort.

You can relax and unwind on the northwest-facing balcony. Shops and a bakery are within easy walking distance. The complex also includes a bicycle storage room and a children's playground.

This non-smoking apartment allows one pet.

A security deposit of €100 will be refunded within a few days of departure, provided the apartment is left in good order.
