The cozy bedroom invites you to unwind after an eventful day, while the comfortable sofa bed in the living area offers additional sleeping options.

A special highlight is the daily free use of the swimming pool at the nearby AHOI Water Park & Adventure World for up to three hours (excluding June 29–September 14, 2026). From Easter 2026, guests will also have free access to a modern fitness area.

The holiday apartment is located on the third floor and is easily accessible by elevator. Wi-Fi and initial bed linens are included. The modern, open-plan kitchen features an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and other amenities for self-catering. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer.

On the northwest-facing balcony with its comfortable seating area, you can spend relaxing hours enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air. A bicycle storage room, a children's playground, and other recreational facilities are located directly within the holiday complex. A bakery and shops are within easy walking distance, while the beach, the Baltic Sea, and Lake Sellin are just a short stroll away.

Please note that pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. A security deposit of €200.00 is required for the apartment and will be refunded after departure and proper handover.
