In the Haus Having building in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, you'll find a stylishly furnished holiday apartment. With 44 m² of living space and a separate bedroom, it offers ample room for up to four people and provides the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday on the island of Rügen.

A special highlight is the daily free use of the swimming pool at the AHOI Water Park & Adventure World for up to three hours (except between June 29 and September 14, 2026). Starting Easter 2026, you can also enjoy a modern fitness area: train your strength and endurance in an inviting atmosphere with high-quality equipment and a variety of workout options – free of charge during your stay.

The holiday apartment is located on the second floor of the Seepark Sellin complex. The Baltic Sea with its fine sandy beach and the idyllic Sellin Lake are only about 900 meters away. Shops and a bakery are located directly in the complex and are easily accessible on foot.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi and initial bed linens. The bedroom features a double bed and blackout curtains, while the living area also offers a comfortable double sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. A modern bathroom with shower, toilet, and hairdryer, as well as a television, complete the amenities.

The southwest-facing balcony is perfect for relaxing and unwinding at the end of the day. This non-smoking apartment is pet-free. A bicycle storage room, a children's playground, and an elevator are available in the building.

A security deposit of €200 is required for the apartment and will be refunded within five business days after departure and proper handover of the apartment.
