The holiday apartment in the Mönchgut building of the Seepark Sellin holiday complex offers 32 m² of comfortable accommodation for up to three people. Located on the first floor, it boasts a peaceful setting just 900 meters from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach and Lake Sellin. Shops and a bakery are within easy walking distance, making your stay particularly pleasant.

The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed and blackout curtains for restful nights. A comfortable sofa bed is also available in the living area. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and vanity mirror. The open-plan kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering, including a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster.

A special highlight is the northeast-facing balcony with comfortable seating, ideal for relaxing in the fresh Baltic Sea air. Wi-Fi and initial bed linens are included in the price. A bicycle storage room and a children's playground are available within the complex.

Guests also enjoy a 25% discount year-round at the nearby AHOI Water Park and Adventure World. From Easter 2026 onwards, you can also enjoy a modern fitness area with free use. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
