It is located on the first floor of the well-maintained Seepark Sellin holiday complex, just 900 meters from the Baltic Sea, the fine sandy beach, and Lake Sellin. Shops and a bakery are within easy walking distance.

The apartment boasts thoughtful furnishings: A bedroom with a double bed and blackout curtains ensures a restful sleep, while a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and vanity mirror. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob, microwave with convection and grill functions, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, and blender. Wi-Fi and initial bed linen are included. A TV and DVD player provide entertainment.
