About this apartment rental
Start the day with sand underfoot, then decide whether the pool, a beach walk, or a slow lunch is next. This two-bedroom, three-bath Waipouli Beach Resort condo sleeps six and brings together an oceanfront setting, central air conditioning, a balcony, shared pool, hot tub, gym, and an on-site restaurant. The full kitchen and washer and dryer give families the freedom to keep meals and beach gear on their own schedule. The resort sits close to the shops and restaurants of Kapa'a, while the Wailua River and Lydgate Beach Park offer easy changes of scenery. Come back to coastal decor, room to spread out, and an evening drink on the balcony. This is a thoughtful fit for a family or two couples who want the convenience of a resort without giving up a real home base.
The Space:
Coastal decor and an open living area give this two-bedroom, three-bath condo a relaxed, polished feel. There is room for up to six guests, plus a full kitchen for the meals that are easier at home. Central AC, a washer and dryer, elevator access, and a balcony help the stay feel practical as well as comfortable, whether you are returning from the pool or the beach.
Guest Access:
Guests at Waipouli Beach Resort enjoy access to the shared heated pools, hot tub, and fitness gym, plus elevator access and beach access throughout this oceanfront Kapaa complex. Beautifully landscaped grounds and on site parking complete the resort setting. Some resort facilities are operated independently by the resort.
The Neighborhood:
Waipouli is where Kapa'a’s practical side meets the Coconut Coast. The ocean is right here, and Kapa'a’s shops and restaurants are close enough for an easy coffee run, lunch, or grocery stop. When you want to see another side of the island, the Wailua River brings you toward lush inland scenery, while Lydgate Beach Park offers a family-friendly place to spend time at the water. It is a smart location for travelers who want to mix resort days with real Kauai exploring.
Getting Around:
Kapaa sits along Kauai's Royal Coconut Coast, about 15 to 20 minutes from Lihue Airport. A rental car is recommended for exploring the island, though the main strip along Kuhio Highway is walkable, with beaches, shops, restaurants, and the popular coastal path all within easy reach on foot. Grocery stores and casual dining are close by. Parking is generally available at condos and along the street, making this an easy, low stress base.
