The Entire nearly 1200 square foot home is all Yours. Great for large groups. You will have free access to Pools, Hot Tubs, Restaurant, and Gym.
There is open parking in a large lot and you will be provided a Parking Pass.
The Neighborhood:
The Oasis Restaurant is onsite and one of the Finest in Kapa`a. Close to Shopping of every kind. Starbucks and Safeway across the street. Lots of shopping within Walking Distance. The Coconut Marketplace is blocks away and has really wonderful Shops and Entertainment.
Getting Around:
Centrally Located on the Coconut Coast of Kapa`a. There is a local City Bus for Transportation. Taxis, Lyft and Uber are available on most parts of the Island.
Other Things to Note:
Your Host Supplies an ample Starter Set of Paper Products. Toilet Tissue, Paper Towels and Kleenex. If you run out, you will need to supply additional for your use.
If you need a Late Check-Out, and it is possible, the rate is one half the nightly rate plust Hawaiian State Tax. The late departure fee must be paid prior to your check-out date. This option allows you to stay in the home until 10 pm on the day of departure.

This was our 3rd time staying at Waipouli Resort, and we really enjoyed the Makai Manor. It's well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay. It faces away from the pool, so it felt quiet and more private. I really liked drinking my coffee on the lanai while taking in the slight, but perfectly lovely ocean view. Our kids adore the pool at Waipouli, especially the slides. We would happily rent this unit again!

Very nice place! Ocean views, mtn views, we also had 2 waterfalls in the mtn we could see the whole trip. Pool is cold but great place for the kids

This vacation home is beautiful and well-equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. The rooms were spacious & quiet, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Great amenities on the property included a fantastic pool with water slides & hot tubs, gym, and access to a wonderful sandy beach with lounge chairs. Safeway and several restaurants are a quick walk. Host was also very responsive and clear with check in and check out instructions. Highly recommend!
