Property was great. Centrally located in Kaua’i so we were able to split time going North and South. I only gave it a 4 star due to property not being ready at check in time. Pool was great for the kids. Beach was not swimmable during our stay more so due to weather and conditions. Unit was really clean and having essentially two masters was great with girls. Grounds were great and being centrally located made our time there a breeze.

This was an outstanding place for us. The setup of the condo with 2 king ensuites was perfect for two adult couples. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were huge. The kitchen is quite large was well stocked with all of the dishes, utensils and appliances we needed. The pool was awesome with tons of lounge chairs. Would have been nice if there were more umbrellas that were for the lounge chairs rather than for the tables, but it was fine. Just thankful that there were so many chairs. Also, working with the management company was so easy, and they were extremely quick to respond. Would definitely stay there again. It was a fantastic experience.

If you want to beach hop and explore the island, this place may not be for you. (Not provided beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc.)If you are a family with kids and want to hang out at a resort type place, this is for you. Room is clean and comfortable. However in one of the picture descriptions it says “living room over looking ocean” which is not accurate. There is a view of the parking lot. It would be helpful if they had a small basket of items previous guests could leave for kitchen. Only thing provided was small bag of coffee and granola. Had to buy sugar, cooking oil, and a few other small items when using kitchen.

Beautiful location and unit. 1)We never got an email or a text to check in so I had to call Kauai Exclusive to get the email. 2) We reported the ice maker in the fridge not working and some of the plugs in the master bedroom to the left not working, it never got fixed the day reported. We never got a call back on my phone..I called on the 2nd day in the morning on this status again asking and they said someone would come and switch out a part. The person came to do this in the morning on the third day but no ice ever came out of the sub zero fridge. The guy also claimed the plugs were fixed that it had something to do with the fuse box. Last but not least, my wife told this maintenance guy that there was an alarm of some sort sounding which was going off the entire stay possibly from the next unit?. We couldn't hear it after going into the bedroom but it was definitely noticeable in the common living room. Other than not having ice (they did bring up some plastic containers later on for us to fill with water to make our own ice. Other than these problems the unit was nice.
